Anybody know someone that makes a plain chartreuse 1/4 oz jig head ?

Puglias sells them in bulk. You could likely buy in bulk from H&H lures as well

You can get the mold from bass Pro and do it yourself if interested.

My friend and I mad a lot of these from old tire weights we got from Mr. Meriwether's gas station on Perkins Road. Still have a few that are nearly 50 years old.
