I know there are many factors to determine the answer but keep it basic:
1. Brad Davis - OL
2. Blake Baker - LB
3. Bo Davis - DL
4. Frank Wilson - RB
5. Corey Raymond - CB
6. Jake Olson - S
7. Kevin Peoples - DE
8. Cortez Hankton - WR
9. Slade Nagle - DE/STC
10. Joe Sloan - QB

I get it. We don’t have a QB in the class and everyone wants Sloan gone. But come on.

Man, I am not being negative. Just a legitimate question and ranking.

1 Raymond, holding on to Pickett was the best job of the cycle. Came from behind to land Andling. Instrumental in landing Bradford, Thomas and the TN kid. His work with Phillips has to be weighed and I personally think he did a great job. LSU is where that kid wants to be. His family always pushed Texas and the $ made it easier to accept.
2 Bo Davis. Got all his major targets. Rankings don't reflect how good a class he brought in
3 Baker, identifying Ross and Braiker was a fantastic job. Held Moses and Braiker and got young Weeks in early.
4 Brad Davis. Curne and Miller are fantastic imo. Neither were easy to come by. Thomas probably should move him up. Great work there.
5 Frank Wilson Held off with Berry and took a leap with Lindsey.
6,7,8 Olsen, Hankton, Peoples. None really stood out results wise from the others. People's probably did the best job.
Nagle didn't do anything. Identified Tyler and inherited Lafluer.
Sloan did his job as a recruiter. Losing Underwood wasn't on him. He recruited and landed the kid. Money took him away. What could he personally do about that? He did his job perfectly and still failed. Happens sometimes. His playcalling is another discussion.
