Uno Reverse! Cop gets indicted instead of "criminal"

Two tyrants in blue in a Kentucky town arrested and beat the hell out of a man who was trying to put out a fire out in his own home. When the DA presented charges (God only knows what) to the grand jury, they refused to indict and instead indicted the arresting officer. Both cops and the DA who brought up the BS charges should be hanged. Worst case of civil rights violations I've seen in a while.
