The Pelicans should refocus 100% of our effort to win the in-season tournament.

I say this half kidding half serious.
We suck, everyone’s injured, Zion no longer seems to care about the team and/or basketball. If by some miracle we found our way into the playoffs we would just get slaughtered by anyone who actually tries.
So let’s focus the rest of the year on one thing, in-season tournament champs baby! Rest guys on non-tournament games, run offense/defense catered towards the teams we face in the qualifying games, do what you gotta do. This will accomplish 3 things
1. Give our players and coaches a goal and maybe they will play hard to try and achieve something ($500k!)
2. Give the fans and franchise something to actually be excited about
3. Most importantly, by only caring about this and tanking the rest of the year, we stay in the lottery and get a high draft pick.
