i watched the Pod Save America reaction to the election, and they were pretty reasonable as to explaining the reasons why their messaging was so off, and how they absolutely have to make a change from ground game to airwaves in the future.
the ground game has been made obsolete by the podcast
like what van jones mentioned, the dems had no idea what the trump team was doing, not relying on a grassroots knock-on-doors approach.
they were smarter about it. and more modern.
