elephant ear with powdery mildew

any recs on how to solve? I washed the mildew off the plant but not sure if that'll stop it from growing back.

Raise the surface ph of the leaf... i personally uses potassium bicarbonate for these things, but sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) or milk mixed with water will work on something like an elephant ear.
