Bluetooth speaker recommendation?

I’m running a youth basketball league, and I want something to play music in the background.
I know it’s a harsh environment for any kind of sound quality.
Any good recommendations?
I’d like to be under $400. Bonus if on wheels!

I have 2 altec Lansing hydrablasts. Only like $85 and sound great, so much so that I’m surprised they are under $120 or so.
They can connect/sync up and the kiddos love the flashing lights that sync with the music.
