I use the whoop app and it gives credit for taking AG1 supplement

Has anyone here ever taken it?

I take a multi vitamin so would probable cut that out.
I’d appreciate thoughts.

It’s just an overpriced multivitamin.

Just keep taking what you’re taking.

My daughter drinks it. She’s a college athlete. She seems to like it. I think it tastes like shite.

I think its kinda costly. Plus there are so many ingredients. Kinda like everything they read was possibly good for you was thrown in. Some of those Im not interested in taking. I feel like peoples bodies react differently to certain supplements.

Whoop must get a percentage of sales

I like it

The shaker bottle they send you to mix with it is not nearly big enough based on the scoop they want you to use so it’s like drinking gravel that way

I use much bigger plastic cups and mix it so it has enough space to adequately dissolve

I use it and think it’s been beneficial for me. Probably biggest thing I’ve noticed is improvement in my gut health. The rest may be placebo effect, but hey whatever works or makes you feel better, I’m all for it.

Yeah
It’s pricey and with all the ingredients, i was skeptical about its efficacy.

Currently, I take multiple vitamin, mushroom supplement, and a pro biotic .

The AG1 could replace all of that but if it’s not effective, I’d just keep doing what I’m doing
