They had a spot downtown next to the Drillers ballpark. Cant remember the name, but had a room reserved back there. It's the sports restaurant/bar place right by it.

Underrated town. Was there during the week so don’t know LSU viewing spots, but Valkyrie for cocktails and Bull in the Alley for dinner were top-notch
