Trade values of D Adams vs G Wilson

I’m blessed to have a deep WR roster in a 3 WR plus flex league. I have Davonte Adams and Garret Wilson. I can afford to trade one to help at RB. Which one do I trade? Targets based on other rosters would be Joe Mixon, James Cook, and Brian Robinson. Thoughts appreciated!

It’s so hard. Wilson seems to be somewhat living on volume complimenting his talent and I’m not certain that better matchups will make up for it.
I also think he’s pretty talented if a notch or so below the Jefferson’s chase, AJ browns of the world.
If you HAVE to trade one immediately I’d probably just trade for whoever you get the best offer for. I think I’d still rather the guy like 8-9 years younger who has been coming around and knows the system without a Hamstring issue.

I don't think Rodgers/Adams '24 is going to be the same as Rodgers/Adams '16. Rodgers isn't anywhere near the same QB and that's going to take adjustments for both of them, while Wilson doesn't know anything but 41 year old Rodgers, and they have gotten into a bit of a rhythm the past few weeks.
I honestly think Lazard is going to be the one whose target share is going to suffer the most.
