Window AC freezes up

LG 14000 BTU dual inverter window AC 3.5 years old. It's been freezing up with ice on the coils and lines. I pulled it out the window and gave it a good cleaning to remove the dirt etc from the coils. If I keep the settings around 73 it doesn't freeze up but If I turn the thermostat any lower to 65ish it freezes up with major ice everywhere.
I know low freon would cause it to freeze up, any other ideas? I guess I can take it somewhere and let them check for low freon. A new unit this size is about $600, so not going to spend a bunch to fix it.
Thanks

I have the same unit and it will do same if I set it that low. I typically set it at 67 and it is used in conjunction with my central air, so it cycles off.

I took the unit back out of the window and cleaned everything up even though not that dirty since the last clean-up.
I put back in the window and turned on 72, after about 4 hours it started freezing up again with ice on the compressor, lines and coils.
Just a little aggravating with a 3.5 year old window AC.
14,000BTU LG dual invertor unit. They have a place in Gonzales that will check it for $25 so might take it there, anything over $150 is probably not worth fixing.
