What knee brace sleeve do yall recommend for hiking? There’s thousands out there and don’t even know where to start.

How much support do you need? You can use anything from an expensive unloader knee brace to a cheap sleeve (Like Copperfit) if you just need a little support and piece of mind. I've been bone-on-bone after a severed ACL & MLC diagnosis 40 years ago where my lateral & medial meniscus was also removed. I wore a simple neoprene Copperfit sleeve on a 15 mi. hike three weeks ago on rugged terrain on the Highline Trail in Glacier National Park and it did the trick.

I wear one with a hole over the knee area and that usually sufficient/ I have another one that focuses on the patella part of knee and I think that one restricts my knee too much
