So what are the standing for the SEC this year vs. the other conferences?

The PAC-10 already won it. They went 5-0. The SEC is 5-1 so far.

SEC is 5-1 w/ two teams left - Bama & UF. If we go 7-1, that is better than 5-0 IMO. SEC has some nice wins - Vandy, Ole Mrs, Uky, LSU were healthy wins by all underdogs.

If Troy would have beaten Southern Miss, the Sun Belt would be 2-0 (100%). ESPN could have crowned them the champions. Makes a lot of sense.

ESPN says that a conference must have played a minimum of 3 games.

WOW, well I'm glad they factored that in. Makes it all better now. Brilliant.
