Any chance he declares for the NFL draft this year? I know it's crazy but it is a weak QB class and all the possible top Qb's are juniors.

would be a waste if he does, no nfl team goes near him. they maybe offer an audition via free agency tryout

true... i was just looking at the qb class and if none of the junior qb's declared.. the only decent prospect is graham harrell..

they did really well. they lost to GT (expected) and had 2 heartbreaking losses.. very close games.
His stats: 2,318 yards 19 passing tds 13 ints (had 5 in one game against eastern carolina in a 38-35 loss.. if not for this he'd have a tremendous rating) his qb rating was 141 and he had 7 rushing tds.

I don't know about declaring for the NFL draft, but I do know that as of a month ago, he was contemplating playing baseball at Jacksonville State. From talking to Jim Case, their head baseball coach, didn't sound to me like RP was intending to declare.

Thanks for that update, I hadn't heard much about him this year. No trouble off the field? Maybe a swtich to a smaller school and/or less media attention helped....
Just hope for his sake , he gets his head on straight, no matter if he ever play a down in the NFL or not....
