Downloading ticket issue…

I can see my tickets but….it says they are not activated and show no bar codes…
TAF has been working on this with the raiders for a week…they say that they are flooded with calls with this problem

LSU Ticket Office is still figuring things out for Vegas. It's why my home tickets have been delayed for a bit.

I have a Ticketmaster account and a raiders account…. Tickets say tickets have not been activated …. It’s a raiders issue that they cannot solve

It shows the ticket section , row and seat numbers….but the ticked say not activated and no bar codes…

As long as you have an assigned row & seat, seems like you should be fine. Worst case you may have to go to ticket office at Allegiant on gameday even though that is pretty inconvenient

The raiders ticket office cannot do that….it has to be done through the website

the ticket office can absolutely give you a ticket to get into the stadium…

Dumb question, but if my tickets are showing up in my Apple wallet, does that mean I’m 100% good to go? Bought my tickets from a TD poster so just wanted to verify that I’m straight. Everyone having issues with Ticketmaster is starting to worry me to make sure I’ve done everything I needed to do to activate my tickets.

That sucks but still doesn’t make sense to me… I understand if they can’t “fix” your mobile tickets, but if you have a seat assigned & you’ve paid for them - I don’t see how the ticket office can’t simply give you a ticket to use on gameday.
I'm not buying that there is no solution & you just can’t go to the game now

This is day 10 and the raiders still can’t activate my tickets….TAF is swamped with calls about this….
I will never do a destination game again …. I did Dallas twice and had a great time….paper tickets

Yeah - you’re talking about “activating” your mobile tickets. It’s a technical issue.
They should be able to print you actual tickets for your seats to get into the stadium

Doesn’t the Ticketmaster barcode change every 10 minutes? How would print outs be possible?

I’m talking about a physical ticket the ticket office prints out as a worst case scenario. Not a mobile ticket

They have already told me they are not printing tickets… at the ticket office on gameday
