Didn't Coach Orgeron help recruit Joe McKnight for USC.Maybe we will get more players from John Curtis now.

Ciron Black is from Texas, Chris Jackson is the best talent to play for the Tigers from J.C. in recent years.

No. He tried to get him to Ole Miss I believe.

curtis just hasnt produced much major talent period
jackson was ok, stewart was ok
ryan watson was a bust, jarrod carter didnt do much at lsu, jason spadoni was serviceable on special teams
and actually mcknight has been somewhat of a bust at usc thus far

He's been hurt at times and has been fighting a case of the fumbles this year. He's certainly underachieved, based on expectations.
Next year should tell the tale...

he only tried to recruit him to ole miss to play spoiler to LSU. he was leaning more towards LSU and he didn't want to play against. so he stepped in to get him away from LSU.

They're all system players. The same pretty much goes for Evangel. W/ a very few exceptions (Jacob Hester being the most prominent), their players just don't become stars at the next level.

to put it nicely
I know Lester will hate this but pretty much all JC kids flop. I mean Stonebraker and Jonathon Wells were decades ago.
How many Jerry Sevins and Veron Russells and Ryan Watsons etc until people wise up? Pretty much the same for WM and Evangel outside of a few kids they recruited.

no, they do flop. ive said it before, i think the HS they play at, the system they run, and the coaching they get mask any athletic deficiencies they could possibly have coming out of HS.

I am glad Joe Mcknight selected USC, he can get a good education and have a great career in media because no way in hell he can make it in NFL as a running back.

But he's the next Reggie Bush...
