Found out I have Bicep Tendinitus in both arms Friday. They are always hurting and wake up in the middle of the night with them aching. Went to a Bone and Joint specialist. They prescribed some Steroids and told me I should stop doing shoulder and chest for a few weeks.

Thoughts?

Also, If I'm going to take that break, I will take advantage of doing some cardio and assualt bike sprints. Any Kettlebell work I can do without activation of biceps? Swings are about all I can think of.

had a case of it last year.

wore some bands and grips that helped but pain never went fully away until i gave it a solid 3 weeks of no activity rest.

unfortunately sometimes that's what you have to do.

Yeah, I'm planning to only do walking, assault bike, maybe a few leg days (not intense). Think i'm going to leave the kettle bells alone.. Surely none of that will aggravate.

I sat out with a bad case for a couple weeks. Literally not one bit of improvement. I just hit hammer curls a bunch. Very light weight between bench/triceps sets. Like 15lbs for 10-20. Haven’t had it since. Worked for me
