Shoes/soles for bone spurs

I am old and on my feet all day doing warehouse shite. My bone spurs are beginning to be a bit of a problem. I saw a related thread from 2021, but wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions. Have an appointment with podiatrist but I would like some relief in the meantime.

I just buy the Dr Scholl’s basic ones but there’s a few different kinds to choose from that could be better suited for you. Also, I soak my feet in hot water with epsom salt multiple times each week. Maybe that could help too.

I get one on top of ankle and it flares up after a heavy road work. I stretch and apply ointments and take an anti inflammatory. The foot dr was very helpful for suggestions about stretching etc
