This! Think about it- Harris had a lower approval rating than Biden. Her record as a prosecutor is abysmal and damning. She finished 14th in 2020 and dropped out without receiving a single delegate vote. Her staff turnover is incredibly high. We’ve all seen her speak. We know her voting record as a Senator. She has been an utter disaster in this role.

I should also clarify that having Harris be the apparent nominee was a necessary step to avoid revealing that their DEI nonsense is exactly that. You couldn't jump an ostensibly black woman for a Brylcreemed white guy like Newsome, or an angry white woman like Gretchen Witmer, and not tip your hand that all of the DEI carrying on was just an attempt to score cheap political points.

This would probably be a good time to distinguish between the fake news polling that you see on television and in print versus the internal polling that the campaigns are looking at. Those are night and day. When those internal polls indicate that Harris doesn't have the umph to beat Trump, she'll be gone sooner than later.

I thought they would make Biden the nominee, then take him out with a palace coup, but that plan appears to have accelerated and now Harris will be the nominee. When she bows out for whatever reason, then they will be able to appoint the real change of batter.
