Anyone watched 3 body problem

I thought it was fun. It get dumber the longer you think about it, but I still enjoyed it. I'll watch season 2.

I read the books a few years back. They are super interesting and very cool premises. They are a tough read though. Very detailed since the author is ridiculously smart.

The show will have to be different in some aspects, as some things will be too expensive to show, but they already did a decent job showing the unfolding of the sophons. So maybe they will go all in.

They’ve done some things in the show that are a little different than what I envisioned when reading, but I thought those things were a cool take on how someone else might have envisioned them.

I gave it a 6/10. Not great but not terrible. Definitely got better as it went along.

I’m a huge fan of the books so I did go in with a high bar.

Some of the writing in the first few episodes was absolutely terrible though and almost turned me off. Again it got better though.
