The Hornets are a Tier 2 team. The Lakers and Celtics are Tier 1.

You can't choke when Peja doesn't play. Granted, we aren't as good anyway, but when you have Mo Pete play a lot, that's not a good thing

the hornets were never in the game, so how did we choke? because we had a lead in the 1st quarter? peja wasn't playing either. granted the refs were all over kobe like kobe was on that colorado girl, they obviously didn't lose the game for the hornets. lakers are a much better team and in the triangle offense, hornets can't stop anyone on the defense, particularly gasol and bynum. and the hornets couldn't shoot at all so there was no chance. hornets are a much worse team than the lakers. they will be lucky to win a series or two.

This trade could and I think should happen. I think J Bower should package JuJu, Mo Pete, and maybe Peja to Golden State for Corey Maggette, Randolph, and B Wright.

The Lakers and Celtics are absolutely dominant. There's no shame in losing to either, honestly.

It's always hard to follow up on a breakthrough season like last year, i think the Hornets end up with a 4th or 5th seed and get bounced by the Jazz.
