Pretty sure he’s coming off Tommy John. Know he had an arm injury late last season after getting promoted to Double A.

Last I saw, he was on the season long injured list. Assuming that's Tommy John

All of these Tommy John surgeries are INSANE. Used to be a rare procedure for veteran pitchers. Now 19 year old kids are having to have it.
Travel ball isn’t worth it.
