My PS and FW are both of the pirated variety.

I find FW to be slightly better than the PS animation, mostly b/c it makes it easier to organize your layers and frames. Only problem is the image editing doesn't compare to PS so best to do all of the manipulations in PS and then put your gifs together with FW. Most of the time if I'm doing a gif with just a few layers, I'll just do it all in PS.

One other good thing about FW, you can download and open animated gifs with all layers and frames intact. When you download and open an animated gif with PS it will only open open 1 layer.
