I’m on coinbase and haven’t received rewards in about a week. I’ve read online about this occuring in the past to others, but kind of curious how widespread it is. I also haven’t really seen how to resolve the issue.

I didn’t know Solana could be staked on Coinbase. I stake thru my Phantom wallet and have had no issues.

Because you are smart. It blows my mind that people don't hold their crypto in their own wallets. Coinbase can take your money right now and there is nothing you can do about it because you agreed to it when you signed the user agreement.

It also blows my mind that people will stake on coinbase for less than they can get when staking on chain.

What he said wasn't arrogant. If you understand crypto, you realize that keeping your assets on CEX's is a disaster waiting to happen, and rewards are less lucrative. More risk, less reward.
