education) where potential judicial candidates are "cleansed" of their natural biases

In theory. The reality of law school is most kids are being taught by hard left ivory tower washouts from the legal profession who give grades to students based on telling the professor what they want to hear - which is usually a regurgitation of some commie bullshite. By way of example, I sat through a 30 minute lecture on why everyone should be a vegetarian in Ken Levy’s torts class. By the end of the semester, we hadn’t made it halfway through the textbook.

Also, diversity is (or is supposed to be) a proxy judgment for different opinions / viewpoints. However, I can’t think of anything more racist than assuming all Asian women think the same way, so having an Asian woman in the group somehow checks the box.

We all know this diversity stuff is horseshite like everything else the progressive tyrants push.

My Con Law professor would call on me by asking, "And what would Justice Scalia say to that?".
