Almost happened after Katrina. Honestly with the amount of Louisiana transplants in Tx, this might work. I could also see the city of San Antonio really handling this well. They support the Spurs extremely well. SA is a great host city and is great with hospitality. Something Nola used to be known for.
They could easily take over that central and south Texas market. I’m sure Jerry and McNair wouldn’t love this.
