Similar situation to an earlier “fact check” by the AP that the US Government was not giving immigrants loaded debit cards.
They are, however, giving money to the NGO’s who in turn then give the immigrants the cards. Pure spin to avoid accountability

Yet, while working, I see the same unemployed men standing and waiting for someone to pick them up. Uneducated, illiterate, unskilled morons ......while India has thousands of taxi drivers with PHD's
