re: What's the deal with people trashing up public restrooms?

Our public spaces are a reflection of the state of our society. We once were a moral and dignified people. We took pride in ourselves and our community. Now concepts like morality, dignity, and community are anathema to a growing segment, perhaps approaching a majority, of our society.

As our society continues its slide into degradation and deprivation, our public spaces will serve as a barometer of our decline.
