This story shook me up the first time I heard it. It changed my perception on how bad the crime in BR and NOLA was becoming.
There’s hood trash and then there’s Louisiana hood trash. Hood trash in Louisiana act impulsively and ruthlessly. They don’t discriminate and they’re not afraid to kill anyone who comes their way. Allison Rice is a prime example as well as the old white lady in New Orleans who was mugged and dragged to death from a car in broad daylight.

He should have been shot on sight while surrendering. There was no need for any more paperwork.
