This is why public schools as they exist today should go away. Run a school like a private school. If a kid is disruptive, punish him. If he continues, kick him out. Permanently.

Impossible.
Private schools excel because they select their student body.

Public schools take everyone.
A blind student adds $100k per year for faculty.
Students with disabilities affecting their mobility can be even more expensive.

No one on the internet cares to consider why there are differences in public and private. They just shite on the public and argue for idiotic policies like school bussing (which was considered the worst idea 35 years ago).
