Regular maintenance is pretty extensive on those engines. The oil pump belt change has a book time of 16.8 hours for 4wd. That would be quite the labor bill not to mention several parts that have to be replaced during that service.
They have recently extended that service out though. Started at 115,000 miles then went to 150,000. New supplement shows 200,000.
