Loook one post up, dummy. Not a single one of those “crimes” were in any charging document. Not a single one of those crimes were tried in the trial.
None of those crimes need to be tried in this trial. This is clearly laid out in the document I already posted. Maybe you should actually read it.

It's astonishing how fast you can go from "you can't list these crimes" to "they aren't in the charging document" and you can't even acknowledge that you're moving the goal posts the entire time.

That’s what the judge said. Just the allegation (not even in a charging document) is enough. That is one of the stronger errors for appeal.

Guilty until proven innocent. That’s what you support. You fricking fascist.

Well, according to the constitution, in order to be convicted of a crime in this country you have to be charged and convicted of it and you have the right to face your accuser. None of that happened here. You don’t know what you don’t know, you moron.

You don’t even know basic procedure. Why do you think I initially asked you to link the “later field documents?” I knew they weren’t charging documents. Because trump was never charged with an underlying crime and zero evidence of that crime was presented. That isn’t how criminal due process works. I knew you didn’t know that. You did exactly what I knew you would do. You’re just too dumb to realize it.

You proved my point.

You realize the jury doesn’t see pre-trial motions, right? How are they supposed to know those are the crimes the state is referring to? How can a prosecutor prove mens rea without describing the alleged crime?
