Did the FBI and DOJ actually think there was a chance of a shootout with the Secret Service?
They had double digit numbers of armed agents, not including the two armored attack boats rigged with .50 cals to roust Stone out of bed in his underwear. After his attorneys had already scheduled a time for him to come in.
They aren’t raiding the Bloods or the Crips. Absolutely disgusting.

Very powerful people seem to be trying very hard to provoke violence from the right going back to 2018 or so.

The FBI and the Administration was counting on being able to use deadly force or it would not have been present in the paperwork.
It would have given the current Administration everything they needed when the subsequent uprising had taken place. Because it would have taken place.
It must have pissed them off that they couldn't execute the order and potentially kill off Trump just like it still kills the elites inside that COVID didn't kill as many people as planned.
