It's weird, I quit smoking 9 months ago, I gained about 20 pounds, but since I realized that a few months ago, I've lost it all back by just changing my diet, but it's to things that my body craves more now. No sugar, low calorie drinks, water, more fruit and vegetables, and protein. When I eat meat, it's a lot of air and sea, less land. Cleaner carbs and fats. Not only that, but I crave activity. I hurt my foot and leg, but as soon as I can, I'm going to start running.
There really is no substitute for that, especially not nicotine, which made me lazy and tired.
