Same. I get a vehicle allowance with fuel card and paid business mileage. But I can’t keep a truck longer than 5 years or 200K. And it has to be a full size full crew cab. I plan to work 7 more years and then retire. I have two more years in my current truck, so if everything goes right, I’ll replace my current Ram 1500 Bighorn in 2 years then have the company pay off most or all of my next truck just in time for me to retire with no truck payment.
