Consider this: If those felons who’ve done their time could purchase weapons legally, would it be less likely that they would steal weapons of other citizens?

Consider this: if a person is deemed too violent to have all his rights including 2nd amendment, should they remain in prison? We know a person who wants a gun is going to get it legally or illegally. The law doesn’t stop gun possession.

If marijuana or any other violation is present, yes, the vehicle should be turned inside out.

No, they'd still steal them anyway. That's why they're "felons".

That depends on the situation and the behavior of the driver.
