Ever read Deuteronomy 32:8-9 and Psalm 82? Yahweh’s father (God Most High) divided up the people and assigned each of his 70 sons to rule the 70 nations. Yahweh’s allotted people to rule over was Israel. Psalm 82 longs for the day when Yahweh kills his siblings and inherits all the nations because those other gods are unjust and reward the wicked. Paul talks about those other gods translated as cosmic powers, rulers, powers and principalities (Ephesians 6) and it’s those other gods who are responsible for killing Jesus (1 Cor 2).

None of that evil would be possible though without the LORD. It is the LOrD himself who is ultimately responsible for all evil (Isaiah 45:7).
