Y'all have identified a few things that can at least be influenced by a new play caller and let's hope that all improve or are fixed...
If he could correct one thing I'd have to say his perceived attitude. I don't know if he has a RBF or what, but it seems like he's always pissed at someone. I get a selective arse chewing (see Tom Brady), but every time something happens, he is pissed at someone. I think it would go a long way in wanting to play with him.
