Are you shooting a peep sight? Are you using a release? Are you using a d-loop? Do you have a stabilizer? Is the bow tuned? With the strings stretched? All of those things would possibly improve your shooting if not there already. That sight and rest will not hold you back from much in the way of accuracy and performance of that bow and in my opinion a capture rest and fixed pin setup is bullet proof and reduces the amount of variables in a hunting bow setup.
