I feel like if Hurd and any one of the position players you mentioned had the season we expected from them, this would have been a completely different year.

Not saying we'd be tops in the conference and competing for a championship again, bc I think we lost too much talent after last year, but I have a feeling at the least we'd be hosting.

I expected Hurd to end up being a solid Saturday or Sunday starter. He can't even work an inning of relief now. I know he struggled at times last year until the end of the year, but he's completely non-existent this year.

I also thought Travinski would have the type of year Jones is having at the plate. He may be the player I'm most disappointed in this season. Seems like there's a lack of leadership from players in the locker room and I was thinking that he'd be a big part of that.
