That's actually sad that Jay thinks that the player leaned into the ball. lol..... he didn't have to move.

Jay was stalling. We hadn’t used a challenge yet, He’s from California where they think playing stall ball slows the offense down.

Put yourself in Jay’s shoes. Your view is from behind the batter, and he got hit on the elbow pad on a curveball from a lefty. Good challenge, but obvious conclusion with the benefit of a television view.
