I’m not familiar with Judeo Christian theology. What is that?
Like all theology, MJ, ultimately subjective and in the eye of the beholder. For me, the New Testament (aka Christianity) is a derivative of OT theology, as the OT narrative sets the basis for the Messiah.
One can get into the weeds and tailor Biblical theology to fit most any narrative that they desire. Including a total discredit as intelligent and motivated individuals like Squirrelmeister and/or Roger Klarin undertake. For whatever reason.
I am really pretty ignorant re Judaism, as I didn't even know until recently that they believe in the/a bodily "resurrection" of individuals, I.e., a form of psuedo 'reincarnation' in effect. I watched a Jewish theologian named Manis Freidman, pretty interesting and smart man.
Botom line: to each their own. We live within the 'feeling' confines and consequences of our belief and die as well reaping said consequences. If Freidman is correct (as I am inclined to believe, but am always open to persuasion) then we simply move to our next life reaping "that which we sew". We take up where we left off, with the experience of our death confining limitations/possibilities factored in. I would think all religions accept this a Universal Axiom for Justice. Non-religion as well. Albeit Secular Humanist believe that since there is no Justice in both the innate genetics and luck of the draw cultural scenario wherein a particular individual is definitively born into, and that such an 'injustice' should be morally addressed. Therein, DEI, as a mitigant to "life's lottery"; random and no-God unfair version. To Believers, it is God's will and "The Word" (of Truth) that put us where we are and shaped who we are. Jesus's Mercy being a possible wild card.
Go figure. Good luck re the consequences. Real Love is win, to the degree that one can experience it, regardless. Temporal or eternal.
