There are two ways for interference

1. You interfere with the throw while being outside the line

Or

2. The players ability to field it while being outside the line

The bama player did neither. The Florida and Maryland player did number 2

Got it?

If the bama player would not have established himself on the line before his contact with jones it would have been the exact same as the Florida play.

This is exactly what happened lol.



Throw left Millazo’s hand before the runner got back in the baseline….interfering with his throwing lane to first. Same with the Maryland runner. When the ball leaves both players hands the runner is in the baseline. This really isn’t that hard to comprehend my man lol
