And their ongoing costs of maintaining the site, and continuing to make arrangements to continue construction?

All I'm saying is that if anyone thinks the State will easily walk away without it costing the State a chunk of change--either in contractor payments or legal fees--they are mistaken. Hell, Plaquemines shenanigans is only one of the lawsuits surrounding it. The dolphin people are throwing their own separate shite fit in federal court.
