Just my opinion but I think the Utah trade proposed would have more value than Garland and Murray.
The way I look at it:
Sexton: Value of a 1st
Kessler: Value of 2 1sts
Collins: Value of a protected 1st
Garland and Murray IMO would net no more value than 2 1st rounders with salary matching.

Not discussed yet, but I don't really see an angle where Ainge would even want BI
