And where were you on demanding Consequences for White Collar crime after the 2008 Crash, the ACA Medicare Fraud case, or a thousand other instances where Wall Street shite Bags walk Scot free? Gen oughta be punished because he committed fraud, but don’t you dare scream equate this situation with there actually being consequences for white collar criminals! The truth is: if one piece of shite like Madof or Jeff Skilling (Enron) were sentenced to 10-20 in Angola or Rikers Island, instead of probation or at worst, Club Fed, we would have an equitable criminal justice system!

What the frick did I just read? Are you agreeing with me or disagreeing? I need a translator.

Sorry, I over reacted. Yes, the guy got an appropriate sentence. Your comment about consequences for white collar crime just hit a nerve. My point was that we need to treat white collar crime with real, harsh consequences, just like other crime. In other words, the crimes committed by Madof or the Enron guys destroyed way more lives than I guy who holds up a liquor store, but we see more and more massive white collar crime, like the Stanford Ponzi scheme and the 2008 mortgage crisis because nobody gets a truly brutal sentence if anything at all. But, if you sentenced just a few Wall Street scum bags to 30 years in a real, “pound you in the arse” type prison, then other Wall Street scumbags might think twice before braking the law…

Again, I apologize, it was a long day…
