Lot of great suggestions here but to add and answer your other question I wouldn’t recommend hanging around by the airport for stuff to do. It is further out

Well, Heathrow is very close to Windsor. I agree that there's plenty of time to go into central London, but Windsor Castle is as spectacular as anything in central London, and the town of Windsor is charming. It's a cheap Uber or taxi to Windsor.
Again the OP has plenty of time to go into central London, but Windsor is a good alternative (and should be considered by those with shorter connections than the OP).
