Too bad the cop won't have to justify exigent circumstances to violate the 4A on the wrong address. Qualified Immunity is almost always guaranteed if they *say* it was an honest mistake.

It is unimaginable that some folks think you ought to be able to sue the government just because they caused you harm. Its the government...gotta lick them boots.
