There's some positions you can get by with average talent. The trenches ain't it. Games are won and lost there.

I know CBK views the positions of QB, WR etc. like high paying NIL positions, but the hard core truth is teams win championships with dominating linemen. Trying to make noise with average linemen is fools gold.

I know all coaches view QB like a high paying NIL position. And I've never seen any proof that he views WR similarly, but the NFL has certainly started to value them more. You can see that by how many were taken in the 1st round a couple of weeks ago. With all the 7 on 7 tournaments and QB camps, QBs and WRs are much more developed coming out of both high school and college. Still, I haven't seen or heard anything to suggest that BK values WR over other positions relative to NIL.

If you can't see how much Kelly values OL, then you're just too stupid to continue talking to. I think he may even value it over QB. And Will Campbell is the highest NIL earner on the team, btw. I'd be surprised if Emory Jones isn't right behind him.

Your metaphor makes no sense. Like literal sense. But more stupid, is that you're making the exact opposite point you're trying to. Y'all are bitching because Kelly decided not to give a bunch of "gold" to average lineman. He deemed it a "foolish" use of resources. I still think we offered Barrow what Campbell is getting, but he wanted twice that much. Giving him that would have been foolish.

Never make decisions that will have long-term consequences based on emotion or out of desperation.
