Kids that take up trades & become successful are a different breed, too. Usually forced down that path due to circumstance & survival.

Most kids don’t want to climb around an attic in the summer while their friends are on summer break at the beach or pool.

Go get the degree especially if there’s any scholarship involved. You have to be illiterate to not qualify for TOPS
